Are you looking for the cookie disclaimer?

Doesn’t exist – because we have no cookies installed on our website. Why? Quite simply: transparency is important to us. This is also one of the reasons why WeRePack.org, as open source software, makes the source code freely available.

What does it mean exactly?

This means that we do not save your data when you visit our site. Also, we haven’t included any third-party sites or features that do that. In this sense: Happy browsing!

Storage and processing of the data transmitted via API

If you use one of our extensions for shop systems, you can consent to the regular transmission of statistical data that has no personal reference. The source code used for further processing is publicly available, so we want to offer you complete transparency.
The transmitted data is used to measure our impact and is displayed on the respective page of a supporter. If the data displayed on a website you manage is incorrect or if you want to delete your website from our directory, please contact us using the contact details given at the beginning of this data protection declaration.

Registration on our website

When registering for the use of our personalized services, some personal data is collected, such as name, address, contact and communication data such as telephone number and email address. If you are registered with us, you can access content and services that we only offer to registered users.

Registered users also have the option of changing or deleting the data provided during registration at any time, if necessary. Of course, we will also provide you with information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time. We will be happy to correct or delete these at your request, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

To contact us in this context, please use the contact details given at the beginning of this data protection declaration.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) over HTTPS.

Contact form / chat

If you contact us regarding questions of any kind by email, chat or contact form, you give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting us. A valid email address is required for this. This is used to assign the request and then answer it. The specification of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. After your request has been dealt with, personal data will be automatically deleted.

Changes to our data protection regulations

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. B. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply to your next visit.
